ACTIVITIES

The teenagers of First Baptist Church always have something to look forward to on the calendar. There are weekly teen meetings on Sunday morning and Sunday night, singing group practices and choir each week, and ministry and outreach every Saturday.

We have monthly events, too - A Ski trip in January. Our Basketball Tournament and Valentine Banquet in February. Pastors' School and Spring Break in March. Youth Revival and Senior Trip in April. The Mother-Daughter Banquet and Graduation in May. A Baseball League and Summer Camp in June. Our International Youth Conference in July. Missions Trip and back to School in August. Soccer Tournament and School camp in September. Christian Womanhood Teen Spectacular as well as a Hayride and Bonfire in October. Our Wrestling Tournament in November. Chicago's Christmas Lights in December.

Add to those all the exciting activities like Six Flags Great America, Navy Pier, the Sears Tower, the Dunes, ballgames and sports trips, "Bigger and Better," and "Foto Frenzy" and you have one busy teenager. And busy is good!
