Youth Staff

Pastor Jack Schaap traveled extensively for nearly twenty years speaking in hundreds of youth conferences, revivals, and camps across the country. Pastor Schaap continues to lead the International Youth Conference held in Hammond each July. This year the conference reached an all-time record attendance of 10,117.

Dr. Eddie Lapina is the Youth Coordinator at First Baptist Church. He was the Youth Pastor of the church for 28 years.

Brother Brian Hasse has been serving as the Senior High Youth Pastor since January of 2005. He is also the Director of Student Development at Hammond Baptist High School.
